chantry flats. if you're an avid hiker and are familiar with arcadia, you've probably there been before. high above the santa anita avenue of the 210 freeway is long winding road that takes you to the top of the clouds. you know what they say - anything for a great shot!

i had the privilege today of taking holiday photos of my good friend gabe aceves and his wife diana. once again, shooting a long time friend for years is always a wonderful opportunity. gabe and I went to school together at st. francis high school (la canada).

anyway, i had the honor of attending their wedding on 08.08.09, so they have been married about a little over a year. however, the whole time it felt like an engagement session! yes - that's how much they are in love. gotta keep it sexy.

oh yes. i can't forget about their "kids" foxy (beagle) and jia (sharpei). They were obedient and were just so excited to watch their parents. they also had to get in the action.

on the way home, i had no choice to but to pull over an get some shots of the sunset.
